After Sal Sr. fell ill in 2007, Sal Jr. left his plumbing and heating position at a different company to be with his father. After working with his dad once again for three years, Sal Jr. was determined to carry on the family business despite the slow seasons the company faced each year. He was resolved to and find a way to lose the “seasonal” business model customers, and field workers, have come accustomed to in the HVAC industry.
The beginning of Sal Jr’s vision was made easier by the solid foundation and history his father and brother Joe had built for 35 years. Sal’s began to offer basic plumbing services such as toilets and disposals. However, due to increasing customer demand, Sal Jr. quickly realized they needed to offer full-service plumbing and sewer. Sal Jr. then set out and got licensed with the state of Ohio, adding to his HVAC and Hydronics State certifications. With the same attitude and drive, Sal Jr. carried on his fathers “NO NONSENSE” approach to doing business that has now worked since 1975. Sal Sr never got the chance to see his company offer full-service plumbing and sewer, but he would be proud to see how his good name has carried on. Sal Jr. has continued to grow his father’s dream by adding these and many other services that keep servicing our customers year-round, 24 hours a day, including holidays. This is a very challenging task, but it has changed the industry and is what makes us an industry leader.
Sadly, on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17, 2010, Sal Sr. passed away. With a heavy heart, the company carried on and continued to evolve. We expect to continuously grow and develop our business to meet the needs of our customers with a name they’ve trusted for generations and future generations to come.

For two generations, Sal’s has delivered “No-Nonsense Service” to satisfied customers all over Northeast Ohio.
Sal Sidoti Sr. began servicing Clients in 1967, established “Sal’s Heating and Cooling” in 1975, and incorporated it in 1983. We have been proudly serving the Northeast Ohio community ever since. Our staff of confident service professionals can service virtually every make and model of furnace, water heater, boiler, air-conditioner, or heat pump. As of 2007, Sal’s has offered full-service plumbing. Later, the company would grow to offer kitchen and bathroom remodeling as well.
